By booking an appointment with The Charm Collective, you attest that you, 1) are a candidate for cosmetic tattoos based off of the information made available to you and, 2) agree to all policies listed below. It is the client’s responsibility to read and acknowledge all information on our FAQ page.

Prep + Care instructions are provided to achieve optimal results however, there is NO GUARANTEE as every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results. Results are extremely dependent on how each individual client heals and will vary from person to person.

All services provided are non-refundable.


18+ ONLY

No person under the age of 18 can receive cosmetic tattoos. You must present a valid photo ID.


DEPOSITS
All services require a non-refundable booking fee at the time of scheduling to hold the appointment. Booking fees are only transferrable at your artist’s discretion. This deposit will go towards the total payment and the balance is due at the end of the first session.


CONTRAINDICATIONS
A contraindication is a specific situation in which a drug, procedure, or surgery should not be used/performed because it may be harmful to the person.

If you arrive to your appointment with any contraindications listed on our FAQ page, you will forfeit your deposit. Please reach out to your artist before booking an appointment if you are not sure that you are a candidate.


PREVIOUS TATTOO WORK
If you have previously tattooed brows, eyes or lips, we require that you email us with a clear picture of the area before booking an appointment. If you book a cover up appointment without approval by your artist we cannot guarantee that it will be a workable case. If it is not a case willing to be taken on by your artist, you will forfeit your deposit- no exceptions.

An additional fee of $50 is added to cover up appointments.

Additionally, we DO NOT touch up other artists work. If you have previous cosmetic tattooing by another artist you will be charged Initial Appointment pricing at minimum.


LATE POLICY
Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeit of your booking fee.


CANCELLATIONS

Deposits will be forfeited for any cancellations. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost- no exceptions.
